Vision Statement

“If you talk to the animals they will talk with you

and you will know each other. If you do not talk to them

you will not know them, and what you do not know

you will fear. What one fears one destroys.”

~Chief Dan George

At Bearfoot Sage, our vision is about recognizing the wisdom of our natural world and the Sage’s that bring this wisdom to us.
From the teachings of Huangdi, the medicine of Indigenous healers and the spirit of Vedic Yogis, to the modern acupuncture masters like Dr. Richard Tan, Mikio Sankey and Miriam Lee, we embrace a holistic approach to healing and soothing the body, mind and soul.
Our practice includes both private sessions and no appointment walk-in service. Your private session is individually tailored to your needs. We will discuss your concerns and goals. Depending on what level you choose to work on- Body, Mind or Spirit- a treatment protocol will be developed to help you heal and move forward in life.
If you are unsure about your readiness to try acupuncture, our Weekly Walk-in session is an ideal opportunity drop in and check it out. Done in a small group setting, up to 3 people, you can choose from several different treatment protocols. All needles are placed in the lower legs, lower arms, ears or top of the head. At a fraction of the time and cost, you still get an excellent and beneficial treatment.
Or just pop in during walk-in and ask questions.
